Yes, our products are all three - Vegan, Gluten Free and Non-GMO.

We work with our farm partners to source only the highest quality of fresh in season fruit. All Wallaroo fruit products are certified organic by the Soil Association in the UK.

Our products are grown in small community based farms rather than industrially cultivated. These are fairly traded. We will look to embark on the official 'fair trade' certification process as we move forward.

Our produce need a lot of sunshine to perfectly ripen and develop that depth of flavour and juiciness you get when you munch on a packet of Wallaroo. We’ve tasted many different varieties of fruit and veg to find what we believe to be some of the best tasting fruit and veg on the planet. We now work directly with these growers in West Africa, Asia and South America to ensure that every pack of Wallaroo is made up of this exceptional quality of natural produce.

All our fruit is certified organic and dried and handled under BRCGS regulations, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality and safety right though our supply chain.

All Wallaroo products are now processed and packed in facilities that do not handle nuts or other allergens. The products are therefore safe for people with allergies.

The secret is to use good fresh ingredients. The use of preservatives or sulphites help prolong the life of the product - which means that these could be sitting in a warehouse for a long time before they are packaged and sold. Our products are freshly picked in season and almost immediately dried or roasted and packed before being shipped out to you.

Yes, absolutely! All Wallaroo fruit wrappers are made from FSC certified 100% recyclable paper that is OPRL approved for household paper recycling in the UK. Wallaroo packets are shipped in boxes made from recyclable materials. The boxes themselves are fully recyclable.

We accept payment in British Pound Sterling (GBP). International payment cards are welcome and you can pay with a card denominated in your local currency.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also use Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We use Shopify as our primary platform and all communication is SSL encrypted. All credit card information is encrypted using industry leading PCI-DSS standards and managed by a third party payment provider authorised by your card issuer. We do not have access to or store your payment card details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we keep your personal data secure.

At the time of checkout, you should see a discount box where you can enter your discount code. Please remember to hit the 'apply' button to ensure that your discount gets registered! You will see your discount applied to the prices immediately once a valid code has been entered.

Your order confirmation email/text message should have your order details. This includes a tracking link - simply click on the link and you will be able to track the progress of your order. All your order information is also saved to your account online, if you have opted to create an account with us at the time of order.

It takes a little time after your order has shipped for the tracking details to show up on the system. If it has been less than 24 hours after your order has shipped, could we request you to wait. If it's been longer, then please get in touch with us and we'll look to sort this out for you.

There is a cost for delivery and this is calculated based on the shipping address of your order. Should your order be above a certain value, we offer a free standard and expedited delivery option to mainland UK.
