RETURNS. happen. It's okay!

We hope you will love your Wallaroo products but if not, do have a look at these instructions on how to go about making a return.

• Take note of our order number and the condition of the products. We accept items in their original packaging unopened and within 14 days of receipt. Please remember that we can only accept goods for return if they are dispatched to us within 14 days of delivery.
• No explanation needed. Simply email us or use our cancellation form - give us the order number and the items that you're returning.
• Pop the products in the mail to us. We recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods since the items will be your responsibility until it reaches us.
• When we get them we'll contact you - and refund you the value of the items. We cannot refund shipping costs. We cannot refund costs of returning the product to us. If you prefer, we can exchange the products.
• If you do not accept delivery of the items and the package is returned to us then we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from any refund that may be due.
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
