Our Products

Yes, our products are all three - Vegan friendly, Gluten Free and Non-GM.

We work with our farm partners to source only the highest quality of fresh in season fruit. This is our first and main criteria. However, not all organic products are necessarily of great quality. If we can get good quality and it also happens to be organic - then we will by all means bring this into our range, just like we have done with our Toasted Coconut chips which are now certified organic.

Our products are grown in small community based farms rather than industrially cultivated. These are fairly traded. We will look to embark on the official 'fair trade' certification process as we move forward.

Our packing facility handles other products as well, meaning that we are unable to guarantee that our products have not come in contact with nuts, peanuts or sesame seeds.

The secret is to use good fresh ingredients. The use of preservatives or sulphites help prolong the life of the product - which means that these could be sitting in a warehouse for a long time before they are packaged and sold. Our products are freshly picked in season and almost immediately dried and packed.

Packaging

Wallaroo packets are shipped in boxes made from recyclable materials. The boxes themselves are fully recyclable. The Wallaroo wrapper itself is 100% home compostable.

The packaging on all Wallaroo products is certified as home compostable by Vincotte. This is the only certification body of its kind for home compostable certification. What this means is the wrapper will turn to compost just like food scraps in a garden or home composter. If you do not use a composter, you can simply put a Wallaroo wrapper into your food scraps bin. There is no plastic waste and no recycling required. Orders

We accept multiple currencies. You can select your preferred currency at the top right of the page next to the login and cart information. All prices are calculated using real time currency exchange rates. You will be billed in the currency of your choice.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes it absolutely is. We use Shopify as our primary platform and all communication is SSL encrypted. All credit card information is encrypted using industry leading PCI-DSS standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we keep data secure.

At the time of checkout, you should see a discount box where you can enter your discount code. Please remember to hit the 'apply' button to ensure that your discount gets registered! You will see your discount applied to the prices immediately once a valid code has been entered.

You should receive an order confirmation via email or text message depending on the information that you've provided at the time of ordering. If you haven't received this, please check your junk/spam folders. If you still can't find it, please contact us and we'll make sure that your details are correct on our system and get a confirmation out to you asap!

Please check your order confirmation message and then send us your order details. If your order hasn't been processed for dispatch, we'll cancel the order immediately.

Your order confirmation email/text message should have your order details. This includes a tracking link - simply click on the link and you will be able to track the progress of your order. All your order information is also saved to your account online, if you have opted to create an account with us at the time of order.

It takes a little time after your order has shipped for the tracking details to show up on the system. If it has been less than 24 hours after your order has shipped, could we request you to wait. If it's been longer, then please get in touch with us and we'll look to sort this out for you.

Delivery

There is a cost for delivery. Instead of loading this cost onto the product prices and then offering you 'free delivery' we've opted to be more transparent about delivery costs. Should your order be above a certain value, we do offer a free delivery option in the UK which essentially means that we bear the delivery costs and reduce this from our margins.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, and the products haven't been opened, please feel free to return these to us subject to the terms laid out in our returns policy . Please contact us via email in the first instance and we'll work with you to sort things out.
